This is a wholesome snack, very filling and can be had even for lunch or dinner. Paneer is a good source of protein and the oil used can be olive oil to make it healthier!

Ingredients
For the marinade
1/2 cup Thick hung yogurt
1 tsp Chilli powder
Black salt, to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsps Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Besan
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Garam masala
Veggies for the filling
1 cup Cubed paneer
1/4 cup Sliced onions
1/4 cup Sliced capsicum
Oil, for greasing
For the roll
1/2 cup Onion rings
Chaat masala, to taste
4 Rotis
Instructions
For the tikka
In a vessel combine the paneer, onions and capsicum
Mix all the marinade ingredients well. Keep aside covered for half an hour.
Heat oil in a non stick tawa, add the marinated veggies and saute for 4-5 mins till the moisture gets absorbed. This is the filling for the rolls.
To make rolls
Smear chaat masala on the onions rings and keep aside
Place a roti on your platform or chopping board
Put a portion of the paneer on a cylinder at the edge of the roti
Place some onion rings and roll the roti well
Seal one end of the roll in an aluminum foil so that it does not fall off while eating
