Pav bhaji

Anyone from Mumbai hasnt heard of Pav bhaji? Impossible.. this is considered to be a one pot meal in the chaat recipes.. Lot of street side restaurants add a lot of colour to make it red but trust me, you just need to add 1 small beetroot to get that colour.. You need a lot of patience to do this as you need to fry it well to get the authentic taste and colour
