Who hasnt heard of chikkis.. you get varieties of them in Lonavla and I used to love some of them.. Traditionally chikkis used to be made of jaggery, but off late I see that most of them make it with sugar. I love the chikki with Jaggery and wanted to dare try it. Follow this recipe just as I have mentioned and your chikki is just like store bought except that it is fresher. Some of them make it for sankranti as well along with sesame laddoos
