Ingredients
1 cup Peanut
Salt, to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Grind to a powder
4 tbsp Fresh grated coconut
2-3 Green chillies
For tempering
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Hing
5-7 Curry leaves
Instructions
Soak the peanuts overnight
Pressure cook the soaked peanuts along with salt and turmeric powder for 3-4 whistles
Grind coconut and green chillies without adding water
In a pan, take oil and splutter mustard seeds, add hing, curry leaves and saute for a minute
Add the cooked and drained peanuts and mix well, add salt if required
Garnish with coconut mixture
