Pongal Kootu

This kootu is an extremely tasty kootu. This is made on pongal day in some south indian homes and had with Pongal. My amma used to make aviyal so I dont know much about this till I had this once in my friends house when she had called us for lunch on Pongal day. You can make this even on normal days, I just love this recipe
