This is a wonderful recipe with all the healthy ingredients.. sattu is filled with protein as it is basically roasted chana dal powder (not besan). This recipe is loaded with dry fruits, seeds which are again very healthy. You can store this for a month and have 1 every day.. with this you feel full as well
