Babka is an israeli bread and the filling in this is generally chocolate spread with a lot of cinnamon and nutmeg. I had a chance to eat this in a streetside bakery at Spain and I was completely bowled by the taste and texture. The thought of trying this was a herculean task for the urge to eat took over it and I tried it. I must say I have never had many failures even in the first try and this too was no different. I took the courage to try a filling which is similar to our sandwich chutney.
