Simple veg pulao

This is another pulao recipe by my mom.. she used to make the best pulao as though it is a very simple recipe.. she never added any spice powder, infact not even turmeric powder. This can beat any veg biryani for sure, its just soul food. I forgot to mention bay leaf in the whole spices, so please add it
