This is a very famous Kadhi that Sindhis make. Loaded with veggies and tomatoes, this is actually called Tomato Kadhi. This recipe was given by a very close Sindhi friend. This is best had with plain steamed rice and roasted potato veggie!

Ingredients
1 kg Tomatoes
Salt, to taste
4 heaped tbsp Besan
4 Green chillies
10 Cluster beans cut into 2
4-5 Ladies finger (okra), cubed
2 Potatoes, quartered
1 Carrots, quartered
1 drumstick, cut into 4 pieces
4-5 Curry leaves
1 tsp Methi seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Cook the tomatoes, puree it and sieve it
In a wide pan add oil, splutter methi seeds and jeera
Add the besan and sauté it in medium flame till a nice aroma comes out and is slightly brown in colour
Add the ladies finger (okra), curry leaves and sauté for 5 minutes
Add the tomato puree stirring continuously and whisk it with an egg beater to form a smooth mixture
Add salt, green chillies, carrots, potatoes, cluster beans, drumsticks, and mix well
Boil for around half an hour or till done on sim flame
Serve with hot steamed rice
