This is a very tasty baked cracker with the twist of green chillies and coriander leaves. Increase the spice as per your choice.
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
135 gms Maida
4 tbsp Butter
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
4 tbsp Green chillies, coarsely ground
3 tbsp Coriander leaves, coarsely ground
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
In a wide vessel add maida and butter and mix well to resemble bread crumbs
Add sugar, salt, chillies, coriander leaves, sesame seeds and milk and form a firm smooth dough (thicker than chapati dough)
Roll it into a ¼ inch thickness roti and cut it with a designed cutter
Line these next to each other in a greased baking tray
Bake them at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, keeping a watch
