Spicy Masala Crackers

This is a very tasty baked cracker with the twist of green chillies and coriander leaves. Increase the spice as per your choice.


Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins


Ingredients

  • 135 gms Maida

  • 4 tbsp Butter

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

  • 4 tbsp Green chillies, coarsely ground

  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves, coarsely ground

  • 4 tbsp Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a wide vessel add maida and butter and mix well to resemble bread crumbs

  2. Add sugar, salt, chillies, coriander leaves, sesame seeds and milk and form a firm smooth dough (thicker than chapati dough)

  3. Roll it into a ¼ inch thickness roti and cut it with a designed cutter

  4. Line these next to each other in a greased baking tray

  5. Bake them at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, keeping a watch
