Unlike other stuffed parathas, this is not stuffed. The greens are chopped and mixed along with the flour and rolled. Spring onion greens are extremely aromatic. This paratha, can be had like any other chapathi and tastes very good with any vegetable.

Ingredients
1 heaped cup Wheat flour
salt to taste
1/2 cup Finely chopped spring onion greens
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garam masala
Ghee for cooking
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
Add water little by little and make a smooth soft dough
Smear oil, cover and keep aside for 15 – 20 mins
Make equal size balls, dust in wheat flour and roll it into a thick paratha
Cook this on both sides with ghee in a pan
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle or any other vegetable
Notes
Only the greens should be used, the onions will overpower the smell of the greens
I do not use coriander leaves as the leaves will also overshadow the aroma of the greens
