This is a very healthy recipe. Potato is added only for binding. You can add spices of your choice.

Ingredients
1 cup Green moong sprouts
1 small Boiled and mashed Potatoes
Black salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
2 tsps Garam masala
1 tsp Amchur powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
as needed Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsps Besan
Oil for shallow frying
Chaat masala, for sprinkling
Instructions
Wash the moong sprouts and soak in water overnight. Next morning drain the water and keep covered in the sieve for 3 days till you see sprouts.
Put the sprouts in a chopper and grate it
Add the mashed potatoes and all the spices and mash it to make a pliable mixture
Make tikkis and keep aside
Shallow fry them in a non stick pan on both sides till crisp
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with mint-yogurt dip
Notes
You can even make these tikkis in an airfryer. Air fry them till the crust gets brown.
