This is a spice powder which I recently learned, and is used for sundals. Sundals are generally bland with not much spice. You can add this for all sundals and even use it as a curry powder for some veggies like potato, banana roast etc.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1.5 tbsp Urad dal
1.5 tbsp Chana dal
1.5 tbsp Tur dal
8-10 Red chillies
Instructions
In a pan dry roast all the ingredients one by one as the time they get roasted varies. Roast them till light brown.
Make a coarse powder and keep it in a jar
Use it as required
