Sweet Corn Sundal

Cook Time: 20 mins


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet corn kernels

  • Salt, to taste

  • 2 tbsp Fresh grated coconut

For tempering

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds

  • 4 Green chillies

  • 1/2 inch Ginger

  • 1 tsp Hing

  • 5-7 Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds

  2. Crush green chillies and ginger in a mortar and add it

  3. Add the corn, salt, curry leaves, hing and mix well

  4. Garnish with grated coconut
