Ingredients
1 cup Sweet corn kernels
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp Fresh grated coconut
For tempering
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
4 Green chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
1 tsp Hing
5-7 Curry leaves
Instructions
In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds
Crush green chillies and ginger in a mortar and add it
Add the corn, salt, curry leaves, hing and mix well
Garnish with grated coconut
