Thandai powder

Thandai is made during holi.. Thandai is basically dry fruits powdered and mixed in milk with Bhaang.. instead of bhaang, we sue poppy seeds and nutmeg powder for light intoxication.. This can be had anytime and as an appetiser drink as well.. nowadays there are lot of recipe of cookies and cakes using thandai powder for that taste.. This recipe is for keeps.. I did not add nutmeg powder but no harm in doing so
