This sweet is made mainly for Gokulakshtami but it can be made as neivedyam for any festival or occasion or even when you do pooja in a new house. The trick for the success of this sweet is patience.. you need to patiently keep cooking the milk in low flame till it becomes like halwa and more importantly, the colour should not be brown. But all this is worth the efforts as the end result is heavenly
