This is a very simple recipe that I found on a fitness page on Facebook. The recipe has egg and peanut butter, both of which have high protein. I generally do not like eggs in my cakes and cookies, but due to the pleasant aroma of peanut butter, this cookie does not smell like eggs!
Cook Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 Egg
Instructions
In a wide mixing bowl add 1 cup peanut butter
Add the sugar and beat well
Add the egg and beat once more, and you should have a thick mixture now
Scoop out small balls with an ice cream scooper and line it on a greased baking tray
Make square indents with a fork lightly for a design
Bake at 180 degrees C for 5-7 minutes or till the sides are light brown, keeping a watch
