I took a chance by trying this recipe as I had little ragi flour and jaggery with me.. and that morning I had given the recipe of Ragi cookies to my sil, so thought of trying this and surprisingly it turned out very crispy, tasty and not chewy. Just a thought, we can keep this for neivedyam for sankranti
