This is a bit different from the normal poha that we make since it is spicy and tangy. This dish can be had for breakfast or for dinner.

Ingredients
1 cup Poha
1 big Finely chopped onions
3 Finely chopped tomatoes
4 Finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp Finely grated ginger
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
For tempering
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
5 Curry leaves
A pinch of Hing
2 Red chillies
Finely chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Wash the poha and soak for 2 minutes then drain the water and keep aside
In a pan take oil and add all the ingredients for tempering and sauté till mustard seeds splutter
Add in the finely chopped onions, ginger and green chillies and sauté till the raw smell goes away
Add the tomatoes and salt and cook till it becomes mushy
Sprinkle the chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and sauté well
Add the soaked poha and sauté till the the full mixture gets mixed well
Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with a cuppa chai
