This is a delicacy in gujrati cuisine.. this recipe was given years back by my sister in law and have been following the same recipe from ages. This dish is made in the winter season as you get the veggies used only in winter. This is best had with puris.. Gujjus make this as one of the dishes in their weddings. Its quite heavy but very tasty

When I made it recently, i even ground green garlic along with the green chillies and coconut, it tasted very more good but if you want to omit garlic, then pls do not add as the aroma of green garlic is strong. I have put the pic below
