This is a very tasty burfi.. I wanted to try this for long but did not dare thinking its complicated.. single flavour burfi itself I get scared everytime,. this was a double layer. but trust me, it wasnt as hard as it seemed and I enjoyed having both the flavours. personally I lie adding cardamom powder instead of vanilla essence. I missed taking pics of the procedure, I promise I will make it soon and click and add to this page
