This medley is a wholesome gravy dish, had with paratha or rotis. This is healthy with the veggies tossed in a spinach gravy. Simple and not too heavy as I do not add cream in this recipe, even though the original recipe had cream.

Ingredients
1 Potatoes cubed
1 Carrots cubed
1/2 cup Broccoli
10 French beans cubed
1/2 cup Cubed paneer
1 tbsp Butter
2 Cubed onions
4 Slit green chillies
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 bunch Palak leaves
10 Coriander leaves
10 Cashew nuts
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
For tempering
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 each Cinnamon, clove and cardamom
Instructions
Steam the potatoes, carrots, beans and broccoli till 3/4 cooked
In a pan take 1 tbsp butter, add the cubed onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and sauté till translucent
Add chopped palak, coriander leaves, salt and sauté till the leaves shrivel
Puree the green mixture along with cashew nuts and yogurt
In another pan, take butter, add cumin and the whole spices and sauté for 1 minute
Add capsicum and sauté for 5 minutes, adjust the salt
Add sugar, garam masala and sauté for another minute
Add the ground palak gravy, steamed veggies, paneer, a cup of water and cook for 2 minutes till the gravy becomes thick and well incorporated
Crush kasuri methi and garnish
