Vegetables in Spinach Gravy

Updated: Jun 7, 2020

This medley is a wholesome gravy dish, had with paratha or rotis. This is healthy with the veggies tossed in a spinach gravy. Simple and not too heavy as I do not add cream in this recipe, even though the original recipe had cream.
