This is an extremely easy recipe and goes well with rotis and a dal.
Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
5 Zucchinis cut into thin strips
salt to taste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
In a pan take oil and splutter cumin seeds and turmeric powder
Add the sliced zucchini, salt and cover and cook well
Add coriander powder,chilli powder and cumin powder mix well and fry for another 5-6 minutes
Serve hot with rotis and dal
